PROVING THAT TAKING WASILA IS A FORM OF SHIRK !!! - Which Proved as totally wrong concept.
the below are some questions and answer debate with our Ahle Hadith / Wahhabi Friends ...
----------------------------------------------------------------------- Questions are here under and later answer to these questions
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Q1. Will everyone die (face physical death)?
“Narrated Jabir Ibn Abdullah (RA):
Umar ibn al-Khattab brought to Allah’s Messenger Salallahu Aalaihiwa Aalaihi Wasallam a copy of the Torah and said: ‘Allah’s Messenger, this is a copy of the Torah’. He (Allah’s Messenger) kept quiet and he (Umar Radiallahu Talaahu ) began to read it. The colour of the face of Allah’s Messenger Salallahu Aalaihiwa Aalaihi Wasallam underwent a change, whereupon Abu Bakr Radiallahutala Anhu said: “Would that your mother mourn you, don’t you see the face of Allah’s Messenger Salallahu Aalaihiwa Aalaihi Wasallam ?’ Umar saw the face of Allah’s Messenger Salallahu Aalaihiwa Aalaihi Wasallam and said: ‘I seek refuge with Allah from the wrath of Allah and the wrath of His Messenger Salallahu Aalaihiwa Aalaihi Wasallam . We are well pleased with Allah as Lord, with Islam as religion, and with Muhammad Salallahu Aalaihiwa Aalaihi Wasallam as Prophet’. Whereupon Allah’s Messenger Salallahu Aalaihiwa Aalaihi Wasallam said : ‘By Him in Whose hand is the life of Muhammad, even if Moses were to appear before you and you were to follow him, leaving me aside, you would certainly stray into error; for :""""""""""""""""""""if (Moses) were alive (now)"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""", and he found my prophetical ministry, he would have definitely followed me’. (Sunan Ad-Darimi, Vol. 1, Hadith No. 435)
Q1) Whom are we (Muslims) ordered to follow?A) Obey ALLAH and His Messenger [Quran - 8:46 & several other verses]
Q2) What is the order of our Prophet (peace be upon him)?A) "Hold firmly to my example (sunnah) and that of the Rightly Guided Caliphs" [Ibn Majah, Abu Dawood].
Q3) Did Prophet (peace be upon him) reveal/teach the entire/complete message and method of Islam?A) Prophet said : “Be my witness, O ALLAH, that I have conveyed your message to your people" [Bukhari Hadith 1623, 1626, 6361, Muslim, Tirmidhi, Abu Dawood, Ibn Majah]
Q4) Is Islam incomplete? Is there a chance of further modification?A) Allah said: "Today I have perfected your religion for you, and completed My grace upon you, and approved Islam as your religion. [Quran 5:3]
Q5) After reviewing Questions 3&4 What will happen if we modify/bring something new into Islam?A) Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “The worst deeds of all are innovations (in Islam) and every innovation is bidah and every bidah is deviation and every deviation will be in hellfire.” [Reported by Al Nasai Vol.1 pg 179, Minhaaj ul Muslimeen pg 514]
Q6) Practicing any act of religion (small, big, or medium) which is not taught by the Prophet (peace be upon him) and not practiced by the Sahabas is? A) The Prophet (peace be upon him), said, "Whoever introduces to our matter (religion) that which is not a part of it, will have it (his innovation) rejected. [Al-Bukhari & Muslim]
Q7) After knowing the answer to Qno. 3, 4, 5 & 6 if one still continues to practice an innovation (something not taught by the messenger and practiced by the sahabas altogether) considering it as a good deed (sawaab) then?A) And whoever contradicts and opposes the Messenger (Muhammad) after the right path has been shown clearly to him, and follows other than the believers’ way, We shall keep him in the path he has chosen, and burn him in Hell — what an evil destination!” [Quran 4:115]
it is mention that waseela is zairya , but our friend mentioned in above question that we are worshiping , I did't understand it .... as there this totally 2 different topics and meanings as well, the below link will provide more details English Translated Book - Tawwasul & Visiting Grave
Translation: Narrated `Umar: The Prophet said: "When Adam committed his mistake he said: O my Lord, I am asking you to forgive me for the sake of Muhammad. Allah said: O Adam, and how do you know about Muhammad whom I have not yet created? Adam replied, O my Lord, after You created me with your hand and breathed into me of Your Spirit, I raised my head and saw written on the heights of the Throne: "LA ILAHA ILLALLAH MUHAMMADUR RASULULLAH" I understood that You would not place next to Your Name but the Most Beloved One of Your creation. Allah said: O Adam, I have forgiven you, and were it not for Muhammad I would not have created you."

Imam Bayhqi (rah) said in"Latifah fi Hayat al-Ambiya" That it's chain of authorities Anas bin Malik (رضي الله عنهم) is sahih ( "Sound" ) in the Marfu form (i.e. reaching back to Prophet - Peace be upon him)
Quran states: So Salih left them, saying: "O my people! I did indeed convey to you the message for which I was sent by my Lord: I gave you good counsel, but ye love not good counselors!"(Quran 7:79).
Here Salih (a.s) is addressing his dead people who had already been destroyed, had dead not heard then Nauzobillah this ayah of Quran would have been illogical, secondly what is the meaning of Salih (a.s)'s address?
Tafsir Ibn Kathir states under this ayah
Translation: These were the words of admonishment which Salih exchanged with his nation after “ALLAH HAD DESTROYED THEM” for denying Him and also becoming renegades against Him, rejecting to accept the Haqq (truth) plus giving preference to misguidance over guidance. Hadrat Salih (a.s) said these words after they were “DESTROYED AND THEY HEARD THE WORDS TOO” In relevance to this It is narrated in the 2 books of Sahih (i.e. Bukhari and Muslim) that the Messenger (saw) defeated the kufaar in Badr … [then Imam Ibn Kathir mentions the sahih hadith in which Prophet clearly said that they (dead) hear better than you (alive)
Nor can the living and the dead be alike. Surely, Allah makes whom He wills hear, and it is not your responsibility to make those hear who are in the graves.
Allah azza Wajjal Says:
And her supervision was given to Zakariyyā. Whenever Zakariyyā entered her place of worship, he found with her (the latest and freshest) items of food. He asked, “O Maryam, where do these things come to you from?” She said, “This (food) comes from Allah.” Surely, Allah gives to whomsoever He wishes without measure. (3:37)
In the next verse Allah has mentioned Zakariyyā’s prayer at this very spot:
At that very place Zakariyya prayed to his Lord. He requested, “My Master! Give me from Yourself pure offspring. Surely You are the Hearer of prayer.”(3:38)
Qur’an itself has rectified the error and eliminated uncertainty by using the word "hunalika (there)" When we reflect on the words of the Qur’anic verse, we realize that it was Zakariyya’s routine that he woke up in the later part of the night and prayed to his Lord. According to his routine, even on that day he woke up to offer his prayer, but instead of praying at his usual place of worship, he chose specifically the chamber in which Maryam lived. If he had offered his prayer only by accident and not by design, the insertion of the word hunalika would have been superfluous and insignificant. Such an interpretation is not only a misreading of the Qur’anic message but also a violation of its spirit, which discourages and condemns all forms of superfluity. Thus the choice of that particular spot is an act of intermediation and at the same time it is a confirmation of the fact that a sacred spot can also serve as a source of intermediation. link for the scan pages of Hadith and others...

"Muslims agreed that the Prophet (saws) is the greatest of creation the highest in rank and superiority and the most glorified and honored in the presence of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and no other creation is better to Allah than the Prophet (saws) and no other shafa'a is greater than his shafa'a. ['aazamu al-khalqi jaahan 'ind-Allahi laa jaahun li- makhluqin 'inda-Allahi 'aazamu min jaahihi wa laa shafa'atun 'aazamu min shafa'atih]He mentioned in the same book, page 4, para. 4:"the Prophet (saws) is the intercessor of all creation [shafi'a al-khala'iq] and the owner of the Maqaam al-Mahmoud, that was the aspiration those who came before and those who came after, and he is the greatest of intercessors [shufa'a] and the highest in glory and superiority in Allah's Presence."
"Allah has sent his Prophet (saws) to Jinn and mankind and everyone has to follow him and believe in him and to follow him INWARDLY [BATIN] and OUTWARDLY [DHAHIR] and to believe in the Prophet (saws) and to follow him is the only for Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and the only way for the religion of Allah and it is the worship of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and it is the obedience of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, and all these are the way of the Friends of Allah [awliya-Allah], and all this is the the means [waseela] that Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala has ordered His servants to follow when He said in the Holy Qur'an, [35,5] "yaa ayyuhalladheena aamanu ittaqullaha wabtaghaw ilayhi al-waseela " -- "O ye who believe! Fear Allah and seek the means of approach unto Him." And the means to seek Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala is that one who will ask Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala by the intercession and the means of faith in His Prophet (saws) in and following him."
Ibn Taymiyya states on page 12, para. 18:
"It is agreed between the Sahaba, and the Tabi'een and the Four Imams Maliki, Shafi'i, Hanafi and Hanbali, that the Prophet (saws) will intercede for the sinners of his Ummah."
And Ibn Taymiyya continues on the same page 12, para 20:
"And the Sahaba and the Tabi'een and the Four Imams of Islam all of them confirmed the authentic hadith of the Prophet (saws) that Allah will take out from Hell people after He will punish them for whatever length of time he likes with the shafa'a of the Prophet (saws). And ALLAH WILL TAKE OUT OF HELL SOME OTHERS BY THE SHAFA'A OF OTHER THAN THE PROPHET (SAWS)[!!!!....]"
And on page 17, para 28:
["wa lafdhu at-tawassul qad yuradu bihi thalaathata umoor"] The word intermediation [tawassul] refers to three different meanings. Two of them are agreed upon among the Muslims.and on para 29:
"the first of the two is the root of faith and Islam [hua asal al-eemaan wal-islam wa hua at-tawassul bil eemaani bihi] and it is the intercession with the Prophet (saws) by means of the belief in him and to obey him (saws). Second is by means of his supplication [du'a] and by means of his intercession [shafa'a], ...and whoever denied this he is a kaafir and a renegade [murtad]. He must repent, and if he does not he will be killed. And no single scholar can deny the intermediation [at-tawassul] of his supplication and his intercession [shafa'a]."
and Ibn Taymiyya on page 17, para 30 says:
"His prayer and his intercession and this is also of benefit ...and whoever DENIES TAWASSUL IN ONE OF THESE TWO MEANINGS IS A KAAFIR AND A MURTAD WHICH MEANS HE MUST REPENT OR HE MUST BE KILLED AS A MURTAD."
and he says on para 32, of the same page,
"whoever denies the intermediation by means of his supplication [du'a] and his intercession [shafa'a] and whoever denies that Muslims will derive benefit from that is a non-believer [kaafir]. And whoever denies out of ignorance must be educated. If he will persist in his denial and is stubborn, he will be considered a renegade [murtad]."
HADITH REF: TIBRANI FI MUJAM AKBARI :1/217 RAQM:10518:
HADITH REF: WAL KUSTULANI FI ALMAWAHIB ALDUNIYAH 3/277
As narrated from Abu Yosuf in Kitàb al-Àthàr–to the use of a specific wording in supplication, namely, “ by the right You owe to So-and-so” (bi-haqqi fulàni'alayk), or “by the joints of power and glory in Your Throne” (bima ‘àqidal-‘izzmin ‘arshik).[Cf. al-Zabïdï, It hàf (2:285) and Ibn Abï al-‘Izz, Sharhal-‘Aqïda al-Tahàwiyya (1988 9th ed. p. 237).]The reason for this is that, on the one hand, Allàh owes no-one any right whatso ever except what He Himself permits, This is belief of Sunni muslims too, We on Waseela always believe that Qadir, Fa'il and doer is Allah alone ...and Waseela is just arequest through Prophet and Awliya " NOT SOMETHING WHICH IS OBLIGATORY UPON ALLAH OR HE HAS NO RIGHT TO REJECT", This is wrong way of making Tawassul believing that Allah has obligation to Help, its Allah's will whether he accepts or rejects not ours , Mashallah Imam Abu Hanfia (rah) has narrated the correct aqeeda, Allah u akbarAlso On the other hand, “by the right owed so-and-so” is an oath and is therefore a formula restricted to Allàh Himself on pains of shirk.Imàm Abu Hanïfa said: “Let one not swear any oath except by Allàh alone, with a pureaffirmation of tawhïd and sincerity.”[Cf. al-Kasànï, Badà’i‘ al-Sanà’i‘ (3:8).]Alhamduliallah, I believe the same too, Allah (swt) has no obligation to help , But its Allah (swt) will whether he accepts Tawassul or rejects it and gives the personJaza in Akhira also, Allamah Ibn 'Abidin stated in his Radd Al Muhtar:ﻗﻮﻟﻪ ﻷﻧﻪ ﻻ ﺣﻖ ﻟﻠﺨﻠﻖ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﻟﻖ )ﻗﺪ ﻳﻘﺎﻝ ﺇﻧﻪ ﻻ ﺣﻖ ﻟﻬﻢ ﻭﺟﻮﺑﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ، ﻟﻜﻦ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺳﺒﺤﺎﻧﻪ ﻭﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ﺟﻌﻞﻟﻬﻢ ﺣﻘﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻓﻀﻠﻪ ﺃﻭ ﻳﺮﺍﺩ ﺑﺎﻟﺤﻖ ﺍﻟﺤﺮﻣﺔﻭﺍﻟﻌﻈﻤﺔ
(And his saying that there is no right of the creation on the Creator) He said that there is no right on Allah that He is compelled (wujuban) to fulfill. But Allah alloted to them rights from His grace or willingness with the right of sanctity and greatness. .
Proof # 1 :
Tawassul of Abu hanifa [rah] Imam Abu hanifa (Rah) himselfSaid Ya Rasool Allah [saw] at Prophet (Saw) Grave Abu Hanifa An Nafi An Ibn Umar,
Qaal: The appropriate way is that you turn towards the grave of Prophet (salallaho alaihi wasalam) coming from the qibla while HAVING YOUR BACK TOWARDS QIBLA, FACING DIRECTLY TOWARDS THE QABR AND SAY PEACE BE UPON YOU [Ya Rasool Allah] O PROPHET OF ALLAH AND HIS RAHMAH AND BARAKAH,(Musnad Imam Abu Hanifa, Bab Ziyarah Qabr an Nabi Salallaho alaihi wasalam) .
Proof # 2 : Tawassul of Abu hanifa [rah],Mujtahid, Imam ibn al-Humam (d. 861 AH), mentioned fromImam Abu Hanifa in his Fath al-Qadir (Sharh al-Hidaya) thefollowing narration.ﺃﻥ ﺯﻳﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢﻗﺮﻳﺒﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻮﺟﻮﺏ ﻭﻟﻤﺎ ﺯﺍﺭ ﺍﻹﻣﺎﻡ ﺃﺑﻮﺣﻨﻴﻔﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻮﺭﺓ ﻭﻗﻒ ﺃﻣﺎﻡ ﻗﺒﺮﻩﺍﻟﺸﺮﻳﻒ ﻭﻗﺎﻝﻳﺎ ﺃﻛﺮﻡ ﺍﻟﺜﻘﻠﻴﻦ ﻳﺎ ﻛﻨﺰ ﺍﻟﻮﺭﻯ *** ﺟﺪ ﻟﻲﺑﺠﻮﺩﻙ ﻭﺃﺭﺿﻨﻲ ﺑﺮﺿﺎﻙﺃﻧﺎ ﻃﺎﻣﻊ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺠﻮﺩ ﻣﻨﻚ ﻭﻟﻢ ﻳﻜﻦ ***ﻷﺑﻲ ﺣﻨﻴﻔﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﻧﺎﻡ ﺳﻮﺍﻙ,"When Imam Abu Hanifa visited Medina, he stood in front of the honorable grave (of the Prophet) and said, "O (YA), most honorable of the Two Weighty Ones (humankindand jinn)! As salaamu laikum wa rahamatullahi wa barkatuhu to All Brothers and Sisters,
PROVING THAT TAKING WASILA IS A FORM OF SHIRK !!!
ALLAH says: "Every soul shall have taste of death (Arabic word used here is Maut); in the end to us shall be brought back.’’ (Quran 29:57)
Q2. Will the Sahabas (RA), (who are the walis of walis, the greatest of awliyas and the best of Muslims) live forever until the Day of Judgment? Did they face death?
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (RA) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "The life span of my followers is between sixty and seventy, very few of them do exceed this age." (Reported by: Sunan Al Tirmizi) - No reference provided
Q3. Did the Prophet (peace be upon him) face death? (No disrespect intended)
ALLAH says in the Quran –
1) The holy Prophet was but a Prophet. There had been prophets before him and they all died (Arabic word used here for dead is ‘Mata’ which comes from ‘Maut’). He also should die or be put to death (Maut); would they (Muslims) turn back upon him? (Ale-Imran: 144)
2) "Thou (O Mohammad) are surely going to die (Maut) and they surely are going to die (Maut)" (Al-Zumar: 30)
3) Abu Bakr as-Sideeque (RA) said “O ye men, whoever amongst you worshipped Muhammad, let him know that Muhammad is dead (arabic word used by Abu Bakr is Maut), and whoever amongst you worshiped ALLAH, let him know that ALLAH is living, there is no death for him” (reported by: sahih al bukhari)
Q4. Can the dead hear the alive? Can the dead answer the alive? Can the dead do anything for the alive?
‘Verily you cannot make the dead hear and you cannot make the deaf (those who hear the message of Islam but pretend to be deaf or ignore it) hear the call when they turn their backs and retreat.’ [Surah an-Naml 27:80]
Exception : ( Abu Dawood – 2041) from Abu Hurayrah (RA) who said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “There is no one who sends salaams upon me but Allah will restore to me my soul so that I may return his salaams.”. The very fact that Prophet (Peace be upon him) singled out the word “Salaam” instead of making it a general hearing statement by saying “no one who calls upon me” proves that he can hear only the salutations and nothing else and even for hearing and replying to those salutations, he requires his soul to be given back by Allah.
Q5. Did ALLAH (SWT) ever ask us to pray to him directly without taking Waseela? What is the method that ALLAH taught us (Muslims)?
A=>1) Direct it solely to ALLAH; “Invoke Him only, making your religion sincere to Him” (Quran 7:29).
2) ‘You alone we worship and you alone we seek help from.’ (Quran 1:5)
3) ‘So invoke ALLAH making your worship pure for Him’ (Quran 40:14)
4) And your Lord says: “Invoke on Me, I will answer your prayer.” [Quran 40:60]
5) ‘He is the Ever Living; there is no God but Him, so call upon Him, giving Him sincere devotion’. [Quran 40:65]
6) ‘The most beautiful names belong to ALLAH: So invoke on Him by them.’ [Quran 7:180]
7) ‘Invoke your Lord with humility and in secret. He likes not the aggressors.’ [Quran 7:55]
8) ‘And Call upon Him, making your devotion sincere as in His Sight.’ [Quran 7:29]
9) ‘And invoke not besides ALLAH any such that will neither Profit you nor Hurt you, but if (in case) you did so, you shall certainly be one of the Zalimin.’ [Quran 10:106]
10) Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) said, “Each one of you must ask his Lord for his needs, even for salt and also for the thong or strap or lace of his sandal or boot when it is cut off.” (At Tirmidhi – book no. 51 - Book of supplication, chapter 139, Hadith no. 3624)
Q6. Did Prophet (peace be upon him) ask Muslims to pray directly to ALLAH and seek help only from ALLAH or did he ask them to seek his own waseela to reach to ALLAH after he left this world?
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, who said, "One day I was behind the Prophet and he said to me: 'Young man, I shall teach you some words (of advice). Be mindful of ALLAH, and ALLAH will protect you. Be mindful of ALLAH, and you will find Him in front of you. If you ask, ask of ALLAH; if you seek help, seek help of ALLAH. Know that if the nation were to gather together to benefit you with anything, it would benefit you only with something that ALLAH had already prescribed for you, and if they gather together to harm you with anything, they would harm you only with something ALLAH had already prescribed for you. Then pens have been lifted and the pages have dried. (Sahih from Al Tirmidhi)
Q7. Proof that ALLAH disliked the concept/method of waseela.
“And those who take Auliya (protectors and helpers) besides ALLAH (they say): "We worship them only that they may bring us near to Allah." Verily, Allâh will judge between them concerning that wherein they differ. Truly, Allah guides not him who is a liar, and a disbeliever." {Quran 39:3}
"And they worship (invoke, make dua, seek help and etc) besides (Alongside with) ALLAH things (Angels/Jins/Idols) that hurt them not, nor profit them, and they say: "These are our ‘intercessors’ with Allah." Say: "Do you inform Allâh of that which He knows not in the heavens and on the earth?" Glorified and exalted is He above all that which they associate as partners with Him!" [Quran 10:18]
“Say (O Muhammad) to these idolaters of your folk: Follow what has been sent down unto you from your Lord [the Qur’aan and Prophet Muhammad’s (peace be upon him) Sunnah], and follow not (invoke for dua, worship etc) any Awliyaa’ (protectors and helpers who order you to associate partners in worship with Allah), besides Him (Allah). [Quran 7:3]
Q8. What are the reasons people give in support of Waseela? Why do people resort to intercession?
Reason 1 : People say that we arent as pious (religious) as those earlier awaliyas were, hence we ought to take/adapt the method of Waseela.
Refute : “And when they (Mushriqeen) board on a ship, they Invoke Allah, making their faith pure for Him only, but when He delivers/answers their prayers/ brings them safely to land, behold, they give a share of their worship to others” (Surah Ankaboot - 29:65)
Reason 2 : In Order to visit or contact a judge you need a lawyer, then how is it that Allah can be reached directly?
Refute : Let us suppose that you are sick and (God Forbid) have a heart disease and the world’s best heart specialist is in Germany and he openly says that “Anyone with any heart disease may come directly to me for free treatment”, then will you go elsewhere? Obviously No! Hence when Allah the most Exalted, the most gracious, the most merciful and the All-powerful and capable is commanding you to invoke him directly then we have no need to go elsewhere.
“Oh son of Adam, Invoke me/Call upon me directly and I shall address your needs”
Q9. Is Islam incomplete? Is there a chance of further modification?
A) Allah said: "Today I have perfected your religion for you, and completed My grace upon you, and approved Islam as your religion. (Quran 5:3)

Another Quranic Versus
he People of the Book (Ahle Kitab) would praythrough His Wasila before His birth and would begranted victory over their enemies. As given in theHoly Quran:And when there comes to them a Book from Allah, confirming what is with them. ―although from ofold they had prayed for victory against thosewithout faith. Surah Baqarah (2:89)
Qur'an States:
And say not of those who are slain (martyred) in the way of Allah, “they are dead”, nay, they are living, though you perceive it not” [Surah al-Baqarah, 154]Of course, it goes without saying that the position of the Prophets (عليه السلام) is above and beyond the status of those who are martyred in Allah's way. This proves that he (صلى الله عليه وسلم) is alive too.Imam Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani (Allah have mercy on him) states in his monumental commentary of Sahih al-Bukhari i.e. Fath al-Bari: "When the living of the martyrs isproven from the text of the Qur’an, then this is also proven from a analogical point of view. And the Prophets are superior then the martyrs" [Fath al-Bari, Volume 006: Page No. 379]Qadhi Shawkawni writes: "In the Qur'an it is mentioned that martyrs are alive and food is provided for them. The Prophets and righteous people are a lot higher in status than them so what will be their place? It has been proven through Ahadith that Prophets are alive in their graves. Both Imam at-Tirmidhi and Imam al-Bayhaqi have said that these are authentic Ahadith" [Nayl al-Awtar, Volume 003, Page No. 82]

Imamibn Adi said there is no harm in it(i.e. the chain)والعسقلاني في الفتح وقال : قد جمع البيهقي کتابًا لطيفًا في حياة الأنبياء في قبورهمأورد فيه حديث أنس رضي الله عنه : الأنبياء أحياء في قبورهم يصلّون. Imam Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani (Allah have mercy on him) have said in Fath-ul-bari that: Imam Bayhaqi has compiled a fabulous book on Hayaat of Anbiya (عليه السلام) in their graves, there he has narrated a hadith from Hadrat Anas (رضي الله عنهم) that Prophets (عليه السلام) are alive in their graves and praying. He has narrated this hadith from the route of Yahya bin Abi kathir andhe is narrator of Sahih, (Next Page No. 603) he has narrated from Mustalim bin Saeed who is declared as “THIQA”(Sound) by Imam Ahmad and Imam Ibn Hibban, from Hajaj al-Aswad and he is Ibn Abi Ziyad al-Basri whomImam Ahmad and (Yahya) bin Moeen declared "THIQA" (Sound) from Thabit and Imam Abu Yala has also mentioned this hadith inhis musnad on the same way.... Also when the living of the martyrs is proven from the Nass of the Qur'an, then the Prophets are superior than the martyrs [Fath ul Bari, Volume No. 6, Page Nos. 602-603]

This is very Old daleel of Grave worshippers.
They Put the ayah of Shaheed and apply on their Bulle, nange shah, khaja gauth etc. Lol.
1) this ayah is makki frm baqra and it ws revealed when kuffar were laughng after killing sahabi.
2) if u read explanatin by Hafiz ibne kathir, he mentiond the hadith of Muslim, where Allah put the Shohda into Green birds of Heaven and they r being feed by Allah.
3) dnt say they r dead : it dsnt mean they are alive in this world as be4.
It dsnt mean they can hear our words, praz, talk,
It dsnt mean they can walk, eat, drink like be4.
Its a common sense to interpret it.
When kuffar were teling they r dead n they were laughing on Prophet sws then Allah said they r nt dead and they r alive. But where? In Madina?
No.
But in Heaven, a green bird heaven.Sahee Muslim u wl find it.
4) even if they r alive in this wrld for the sake of discusin I agree for 1 %.
Did they help any1 after they martyred?
Did any Sahabi asked their help?
Did Prophet sws took help of His uncle Amir Hamza ra after uhud? ? ?
Did Husain ra askd help of his father Ali ra?
Did Husain ra askd help to Prophet sws? ? ?
No No No.
Its al prohibited. Allah says in Quran.

Narrated 'Abdullah:The Prophet said, "I am your predecessor at the Lake-Fount and some menamongst you will be brought to me, and when I will try to hand them some water, they will be pulled away from me by force whereupon I will say, 'O Lord, mycompanions!' Then the Almighty will say, 'You do not know what they did afteryou left, they introduced new things into the religion after you.'
Did u Read this. You do not know what they did after you left.
You do not knw = Prophet sws.
He doesnt even know after he died.
So How can u people ask help to him?
Does He even know ? ? ?
Your waseela is Rejected Directly.
Answer :
2. Sorat Al Fatir Ayat number 22
3.Imam Bukhari in his Sahi Bukhari Named a chapter as " Deadbody hears the noise of the footsteps"
4. Ayath - Maryam (alaih salam)'s place of worship used as a means of approach by Zakriyyah (alaih salam)
Remember in waseela, it is only Allah who grants, and there is no restriction or binding upon him, If he wish he can rejects n accept. Why did Yousuf Alaihis Salam send his shirt[mentioned in quran] ??? (Yusuf said,) “Take my shirt and lay it on the face of my father (Ya‘qub), he will regain his sight.” (Qur’an Yūsuf 12:93)
This Qur’anic verse clearly proves that intermediation through any object associated with the prophets and the saints does not negate the Islamic concept of divine unity. In this case the sender of the shirt is a prophet, the one who is benefiting from this act of intermediation is also a prophet and the one who is describing the act, are all parts of a sacred phenomenon authenticated by the Qur’an itself. Therefore, to express any doubts and reservations about its authenticity is to deny the sanctity of an act which is being sanctified by no less an authority than the Qur’an.
Let me post you one hadith from Shahi Muslim .... it has a scan pages as well and i can only provide you a link...
Abdullah. the freed slave of Asma' (the daughter of Abu Bakr). the maternal uncle of the son of 'Ata, reported: Asma' sent me to 'Abdullah bin 'Umar saying: The news has reached me that you prohibit the use of three things: the striped robe. saddle cloth made of red silk. and the fasting in the holy month of Rajab. 'Abdullah said to me: So far as what you say about fasting in the month of Rajab, how about one who observes continuous fasting? -and so far as what you say about the striped garment, I heard Umar bin Khatab say that he had heard from Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him): He who wears silk garment has no share for him (in the Hereafter), and I am afraid it may not be that striped garment; and so far as the red saddle cloth is concerned that is the saddle cloth of Abdullah and it is red. I went back to Asma' and informed her. whereupon she said: Here is the cloak of Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him). and she brought out to me that cloak made of Persian cloth with a hem of brocade, and its sleeves bordered with brocade and said: This was Allah's Messenger's cloak with 'A'isha until she died, and when she died. I got possession of it. The Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) used to wear that, and "WE WASHED IT FOR THE SICK AND SOUGHT CURE THEREBY"

Question : It is not fitting at all that anyone should supplicate to Allah except by Him (Allah), and using such supplications have beenpermitted and ordered in the like of the Saying of Allah, the Most High, And (all) the /Names belong to Allah, so call upon Him by them.Durrul-Mu'htar (a famous book on Hanafee Fiqh) (2/630),Bishr Ibn al- waleed said: " Abu Yusuf (one of the main students of Imam Abu Haneefah) narrated to us that Abu Haneefah said: It is not right that anyone should supplicate to Allah except by Him, and I hate that anyone should say: By the right of so and so" or " By the right of your Prophets and Messengers or By the right of your sacred house and the sacredarea (of Muzdalifah).al-Fatawa al-Hindiyyah (5/280),Sharah Aqeedah at-Tahawiyah, p.237.
Answer to your question is fabricated objection on Imam Abu hanifa (Rah) statement ,
Imàm Abu Hanïfa (Rah) nowhere objected to tawassul but only –
Tawassul of Abu hanifa [rah]The Imam Azam Abu Hanifa Numan ibn Thabit (ra) writes in his famous Qasida-i Maymuna-i Mubaraka also known as Durru Maknun about Prophet (Saleh ala waalih wasalam that"You [Muhammad saw] are the one, with Adam made Tawassul and even he was your father, he was rescued" When the Halil made Dua to you, the fire became cool against your bright Noor the fire was calmed.","Prophet Ayyub [aleh islam] made Dua to you, when he was sick All his sickness was deleted, when he made Dua to you!" "So is Musa making all the time Tawassul with youon the day of judgement he will search help by you!" (Bayt 9-13)"Make Shafaat for this poor ya Rasulullah Madat! I did came to your door, beggingfor richness by you!" (Bayt 49)
Hope all your allegation are cleared and you accept Waseela as i mention in above comment (NOT SOMETHING WHICH IS OBLIGATORY UPON ALLAH OR HE HAS NO RIGHT TO REJECT) This is wrong way of making Tawassul believing that Allah has obligation to Help, its Allah's will whether he accepts or rejects not ours , Mashallah Imam Abu Hanfia (rah) has narrated the correct aqeeda, Allah u akbar !

Answer :
Yes, just like Najdis,Wahabis, Pseudo salafis of today who follow their munafiq scholars blindly and do taqleed of them in aqeeda [We ahlus sunna don't do taqleed of imams in aqeeda for aqeeda only Quran and authentic hadiths are followed] like Ibn taymiyyah, bin baaz, albani who are known forgers, have hindu aqeeda of mujassamiyah and idol worshiping.

Q4. Ambiya wa Awaliya ke Qabronko Sajda karna,Tawaf karna, Nazrane chadanaHaram wa Kufr hai (Ref from Hanafai Fiqh : Durr E Mukthar Jild-1 page No : 53)
Answer : We also believe doing sajda , tawaaaf of graves is haram, this is belief of Ahlus sunnah nothing special here, if jahils do such things Ahlus sunnah cannot be blamed due to few ignorants as our ulemas have criticized such practices everywhere.

Q5. Jo Wali ki Qabr ki Ziyarat ke liyaeSafar karta hai woh Jahel wa Kafir hai
Answer: Show me the exact scan page otherwise najdis are last people on earth we trust anymore. Also to go to graves to pay visit is a sunnah of Prophet [salehal awaalihiwaslam] and to stop people from obeying this sunnah is munafaqat and najdiyat which najdis do. there are countless Sahih hadith proving that visiting graves of muslims [Awliyas] is a sunnah of Prophet [salehalawaalihiwaslam]
Let me quote the arabic hadiths again From tafseer ibn e khateer ,فيدخل فيسلم ثم ينصرف، رواه ابن جرير.
Translation : The Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) used to go to the graves of the martyrs of Uhd once a year and also recite the verse of the Holy Qur’an on excellence of patience. The Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) used to pray for them. When the beloved Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) passed away himself, the Khalifs, Abu-Bakr (رضي الله عنه), Umar (رضي الله عنه), Usman (رضي الله عنه) used to do the same thing.

Answer: This book is written by Ashraf Ali thanvi who is founder of Deobandi sect which is a subsect or offshoot of Najdi, wahabi, pseudo salafi sect, He was a deviant what makes anyone think sunnis consider Thanvi's fatwa important ? , its just like toilet paper for us as Thanvi was a known ghustake Rasool.

Answer: We Ahlus sunnah believe that sacrificing animals at shrines of Awliyas [rah] for their Ishale sawab is jaiz, Only intention in heart is taken then this sacrifice is for Awliyas [rah] ishale sawab and then Name of Allah is taken when sacrifice is done, Saying name of anyone else when animal is sacrificed is kufr for us.
Sacrificing for muslims who passed away or who are in graves is a sunnah of Ali [ra] who did it for Prophet [salehalawaalihiwasalam]
Sayyidina Ali (RA) always sacrificed two rams, one on behalf of the Prophet (SAW) and one on his own account. Someone asked him, Why do you do that? He said, ‘The Prophet (SAW) had commanded me to do it. So I will never neglect it.”.
[Abu Dawud ,Book 15 ,Hadith 2784 [ under heading of sarficing for deceased/those in graves] - Thats enough proof for us to sacrifice animals on shrines for awliyas [rah] who passed away issunnah of Sahabas [ra].
